How long will TOFU keep?
Island Spring tofu has a shelf life
of one month from date of production, stamped on each packagge. Like dairy products
it should be kept refrigerated. After the package has been opened, we recommend
changing the water covering the remaining product daily. You can also freeze
tofu (drained or not) to get a different texture. Thaw and squeeze water out
by applying pressure, slice or cube and add to clam chowder, chili or soup.
